Customer will get order confirmation immediately once an order is placed. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, tracking number will be advised, and the delivery time will take 3-10 working days by our trusted courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS. For smooth delivery, please do not use PO Box as international courier services does not support delivering to PO Box.
The shipping rate calculation of each order will be available when a delivery address is provided during the checkout process before payment. If you do not find your country in the dropdown list, please send email to service@tplaza.net , we will check the delivery options for you.
Customers are liable for the import tariff/GST depending on the import regulations of each country. If the package is returned by custom due to unpaid tax, the order will not be refunded.
Due to high logistics cost, a minimum order amount of $50 per currency is required for courier shipping.
