《Can You Hear The Whistle Blow》是缺省去表達人與人、自我心地連結的一次勇敢的嘗試。經歷人員更替後，缺省不斷地在自我異化。從美式民謠的質樸吉他到光怪陸離的宇宙脈衝，都成為了這張 EP 中的表達方式。有夏夜中的和煦浪漫但又令人感到徹心之痛的晚風、有漂流在宇宙中的囈語、有在彗星劃過夜空時吹響的哨子、也有混沌而又光正的靈魂。
