Vendors Terms

  1. A new vendor account is subject to approval by Tplaza.
  2. Only one brand and a maximum of 100 products can be listed per vendor account.
  3. The vendor shall guarantee that the price of the products provided by the brand manufacturer shall not be higher than the price of the products supplied to other platforms.
  4. Product information : Merchants must ensure the company and products/services information are correct, and keep the accuracy of the products stock information for the ecommerce in all time.
  5. Obligation of delivery : Merchant will get auto-notification on receiving Orders.  Merchant are responsible to ensure product availability in stock and make delivery upon PO receiving within 2 working days to Tplaza  logistics center address.
  6. Quality Assurance : Merchants must pack the goods according to logistics requirement to ensure minimal possible damage during shipment, and provide the logistics service provider with necessary documents. Merchant is solely responsible for the quality liability of the goods throughout the entire transaction process and after service stage.
  7. Application for payment: Merchants cooperate with the platform to adopt the purchase mode (buy and sell), 30 days after the order is completed, they can request payment from the platform through vendor dashboard.
  8. To keep good quality of service and benefit of consumers, Tplaza reserves the right to suspend the vendor account provided the vendor fails to comply the Terms & Conditions in this document.
  9. Tplaza reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Tplaza Vendors.

供應商條款：

  1. 新品牌廠商帳號須經由Tplaza審核，才算完成帳號建立作業。
  2. 每個品牌帳號只能刊登一種品牌，並且最多只能刊登100樣產品。
  3. 品牌廠商提供之產品出廠價格，應保證不得高於其供應其他平台之價格。
  4. 產品資訊：品牌廠商必須確保公司和產品/服務內容訊息的正確性，並時刻保持店舖產品正確的庫存數量。
  5. 商品交付：廠商有責任確保產品的庫存量資料的正確性，訂單下達時廠商同時會收到系統通知，並得於在收到訂單後的兩個工作日內發貨，除非另有安排，廠商負責運送訂單所列商品至酷皮特台北物流中心。
  6. 質量保證：品牌廠商必須依據物流要求對產品進行嚴格包裝，以確保在運輸途中盡可能減少損壞的發生，並向物流提供必要之文件，品牌廠商有責任負責整個產品的銷售過程與售後服務。
  7. 請款：品牌廠商與平台合作採取採購模式(buy and sell)，於訂單完成後30天，可透過後台系統向平台要求支付款項。
  8. 為保持提供客戶良好的服務，如果品牌廠商未能遵守以上條款與內容，Tplaza保有暫停品牌供應商的後台使用權利。
  9. Tplaza保有調整修改品牌供應商的條款與條件的權利。
