ARC (1991) 是 WELD 的現場姊妹專輯，在當時引起了 Young 創作中常見的音樂惡名。 ARC 是一段 35 分鐘的回饋、即興創作、吉他獨奏和聲樂片段的爆發。當以 ORS 5 盒裝發行時，它標誌著該專輯首次以黑膠唱片形式發行。

Arc 最初於 1991 年作為現場專輯 Weld 的配套發行，是 Neil Young 最離奇的時刻之一。它由他1991 年與Crazy Horse 一起北美巡迴演出期間錄製的反饋片段、吉他噪音和即興創作組成，隨後將這些片段拼接在一起製成一首三十五分鐘的作品，它的起源來自噪音搖滾樂隊Sonic Youth 的即興創作，該樂團為Young 開場在旅行中。
