Become a Merchant (vendor):
- Tplaza vendors are open to application or by invitation, and subject to approval by Tplaza.
- Merchant’s standard annual account fee is AUD1000.0 per year.
- All Merchants can leverage Tplaza’s international payment gateway and international logistics service to target market for the Order fulfilments.
- By default Merchant will join Tplaza’s ongoing shopping campaign service in the targeting countries.
Company Information and Accuracy:
- Merchant ensure that your company and product/service information is accurate at all time when its products are published in Tplaza.
Product Stock Information:
- Merchant shall maintain accurate stock information for your e-commerce products. Tplaza relies on this data for efficient operations.
Delivery Obligations:
- Merchants are responsible for product availability in stock.
- Tplaza will notify Merchant upon receiving a purchase order (PO), Merchant must make deliveries within 2 working days and notify Tplaza upon delivery.
- Merchant shall do drop shipment of the ordered Products to Tplaza’s Taichung logistics center at Merchant’s own cost.
- Tplaza will responsible for the international delivery of the ordered good.
Quality Assurance:
- Pack goods according to international logistics requirements to minimize damage during shipment.
- Provide necessary documents to the logistics service provider if requested.
- Assume quality liability for goods throughout the transaction process and after-service stage.
Payment Terms:
- Payment for orders is due on the 25th of the following month, based on the agreed pricing table (buy and sell model in NTD).
Compliance with Tplaza’s Service Terms & Conditions to Consumers:
- To maintain service quality and benefit consumers, comply with Tplaza’s Terms & Conditions.
- Tplaza reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts if terms are not met.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Be aware that Tplaza may update its terms and conditions, providing official notice to vendors.
